What is emotional intelligence (EQ)?


​Oxfords Dictionary defines it as "the capacity to be aware of, control, and express one's emotions, and to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically."

​This becomes very nuanced and challenging to navigate in the workplace.
