I am excited to see all of the great things that my sisters and brothers are doing. My prayer for them is that they are being fulfilled by the activities that they are actively pursuing. My prayer for them is that they are also doing what it is that God has called, anointed, and challenged them to do. With that said, I had to ask myself, "Self, are you doing all that God has called, anointed, and challenged you to do?" It is such as hard question when you push it back on yourself. But from this internal challenge, God reminded me of double standards. We often set expectations on others that we are not fulfilling. Not only that, but we are often so focused on their success or failure that we don't even realize that we to have a challenge, or a charge that we too will have to give an account for. So now, as I am praying and cheering my sisters and brothers on, I am also leveraging them as motivation to make sure that I too, am walking into my destiny. Thank you family and friends for taking the challenge to be what you are called to do as you have motivated me to do the same.

'You are my motivation'- the expression means a person gets motivated by the other individual. Yes, you can be inspired by someone. But you have to be motivated by yourself. Do you know the history of 'motivation'? I would like to tell that motivation is derived from the word 'motive', and it stands for necessity, desire, or wishes present within an individual. Motivation is what stimulates individuals to take various measures for accomplishing their ambitions. It is directly related to success. If you have less motivation, then your success level will be less.

Motivation is both the desire and willingness to do and achieve a particular thing. It is what get you started and keeps you going. Each one of us has our own motivations. We have our own source of strength. Motivation of one person may vary from another due to different goals, dreams, and experiences. Some people’s motivations may not be enough for some and some people’s motivations may be too much for others. This just proves that we have different thinking towards reaching our dreams in life but nevertheless, all of these motivations keep us from achieving one goal to another.
